Remove a suppression or pin
Requires a project bearer key, an active shared mind, and inspection enabled for the organization. Removes the named standing influence. Removing suppression restores eligibility. Removing a pin resumes ordinary prominence and retention. Neither rewinds learning that occurred while the control was active.
