Summarize usage for minds
Returns what a set of minds in the bearer key's project has been charged over a time window, aggregated from the platform's own usage ledger. Use it to cap a run by spend instead of estimating from response tokens and a price table. Every charge attributed to a mind counts, including the mind's own adaptation work recorded under your requests. Minds outside the key's project, unknown IDs, and duplicates are left out of `minds` and `total` rather than rejected. A mind with no usage in the window is returned as a zero row.

Query Parameters
Public mind ID. Repeat the parameter for each mind, up to 50 per request.
1 <= items <= 50Inclusive start of the window as an ISO-8601 instant with an explicit offset. Defaults to 30 days before until.
date-timeExclusive end of the window as an ISO-8601 instant with an explicit offset. Defaults to now. The window may cover at most 90 days.
