List understandings and models
Requires a project bearer key, an active shared mind, and inspection enabled for the organization. Actor tokens do not enable private-mind inspection. Use nextOffset and the same revision for later pages. model_id limits members to one model. The unfiltered first page includes all restore controls even if it exceeds limit. Reading does not change the mind.
