Correct an understanding
Requires a project bearer key, an active shared mind, and inspection enabled. Records exact operator testimony and queues ordinary learning. The authenticated API key identifies the operator; callers cannot supply an actor identity. Contradicting evidence is attached only while the addressed statement still matches. Existing statements are not overwritten and correction does not guarantee truth or a particular answer. Normal learning usage and limits apply.
